General Terms & Conditions
- Patrons must comply with the film's censor certification and adhere to all age and content-related guidelines set by the censor board.
- Ticket is compulsory for children aged 3 years & above.
- Outside food & beverages are not allowed to be carried inside the cinema premises.
- Items such as carry bags, helmets, handbags, laptops, cameras, eatables, knives, lighter, matchboxes, cigarettes, firearms, and any kinds of inflammable objects are strictly prohibited.
- Patrons under the influence of alcohol or any other form of drugs will not be allowed inside the cinema premises.
- Seat layout page is for representational purposes and the actual seat layout might vary.
- Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged, refunded or transferred.
- For 3D movies, ticket price includes the charges towards the use of 3D Glasses which is non-refundable; 3D Glasses must be returned at the time of exit.
- Pre-booked food & beverage needs to be collected from F&B counter
- Recording of a film through mobile or camera is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offence
- Smoking, drinking alcohol and chewing gutkha or pan is strictly prohibited inside the cinema premises.
- Movie schedules and ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Showtime includes pre-show content such as advertisements, trailers, public service announcements mandated by law, and the interval.
- Tickets purchased for a theatre is valid for that theatre only.
- Cinepolis may contact the patrons to seek feedback for service improvement.
- Cinépolis will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any personal property.
- In case a ticket is lost or misplaced, a duplicate ticket may be issued upon request.
- Once an M-Ticket or printed ticket is scanned for entry, re-entry shall only be at the sole discretion of cinema
- Patrons purchasing tickets for 4DX and Junior theatre must comply with the safety rules displayed at the cinemas.
4DX Terms & Condition
- Cinépolis and/or 4DX, does not assume any responsibility or liability of any injuries or damages suffered as a result of using 4DX movie theatres.
- The theatre is designed for the display of 4DX movies. The experience includes movements and sudden vibrations in the seats, wind, essences, lights and other special effects. The 4DX equipment can aggravate existing medical conditions or cause users to suffer a loss of equilibrium or balance, headaches or dizziness and in extraordinary circumstances, epilepsy-like symptoms.

Please always comply with the below safety rules:
- Pregnant women, people with heart conditions, and people who have other conditions which may be aggravated by the effects described above should consult a physician before experiencing 4DX movies.
- You must be at least 3 ½ feet tall and 4 years of age to experience 4DX movies.
- Secure all loose articles (glasses, cell phones, hats, wallets, keys, etc.). The theatre is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, damaged, or stolen.
- No more than one adult should sit in a seat, no lap sitting.
- Do not eat or drink during intense scenes when the seat will be most active.
- Always follow all instructions from Cinépolis staff.
- To ensure your safety, we reserve the right to deny admission to children under the age of 3 and unsupervised children under the age of seven.
Note: Infants or younger children below 3 years of age and accompanying their parents or guardians are exempted from the entry restrictions for films rated as "A" or "UA".
